There are three types of FRP grating production process: reciprocating filament winding process, continuous filament winding process and centrifugal pouring process.

The process of reciprocating filament winding (belonging to fixed length): In this process, the dipping groove is reciprocating with the rotating core mould. Long fiber glass filament with a certain angle relative to the core mold shaft auxiliary, auxiliary angle (ie winding angle) is immersed in the rubber Groove movement speed and the ratio control of the core mould speed, dip the translation movement of the slot by computerized machine-electric control. The winding layer increases gradually, reaching the wall thickness of the design. After the winding is finished, the resin in the product is basically cured. After curing, the core mould is removed from the FRP pipe.

Continuous filament winding process (belonging to continuous method): The process is the pipe in the movement through a supply resin prepreg non-twisting roving, chopped fiberglass fiber and resin sand mixture of the feeding station, pipes are made in the continuous advance of the core mold.

Centrifugal pouring process (a fixed length): In this process, with the cut glass fiber reinforced material and sand, fed into the steel mold fixed on the bearing, at one end of the steel die injected with the catalyst unsaturated resin, to make its impregnation reinforcement material, in the centrifugal force, the resin replaces the fiber and the air in the filler, thus creating a compact composite material without porosity, due to the centrifugal force of the tube wall forming a smooth, smooth and rich resin inner surface layer, the tube at a higher temperature curing. The tubes manufactured in this way are also known as fiberglass reinforced plastic pipes.

At present, the world adopts the reciprocating fiber winding process pipe manufacturers more than the other two kinds of production technology manufacturers, one of the reasons is that the reciprocating filament winding technology made of FRP pipes has a wider use, the applicability is better.
